Reprints and refunds

We wish and make our utmost efforts to deliver best and your desired items to you but we totally understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you’d want to refund an item purchased at www.vmgldn.com

Note It is not possible to return items once they have had your branding added to them or have been custom made for you. If you wish to claim a refund, advise us by emailing hello@vmgldn.com and include as much detail about your order and any issues you want to make us aware of.

Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns of printed items, unless you wish for us to dispose of them on you behalf, only if you feel there is an issue with the quality of the print we provided.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your email, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the job in question.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Policy For Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping/Delviery costs are non¬refundable. We only provide free returns label if the item is damaged or faulty.

Please contact us once you have received your item if this is the case.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

Please include your original invoice with a note stating the reason for the reprint.

Exchanges/reprints are processed within 5 working days of them being received back to us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/reprint, your item must be confirmed by us as the error having been the responsibility of Vizability Media Group. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return/reprint request is accepted, we’ll send you confirmation by email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as bespoke printed orders or personalised items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return /reprint the item you have, is to email us as soon as possible on hello@vmgld.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
